You will see the same happy faces, we are just rearranging ourselves. ;)

Dear Art Time 4 Kids customers,
You may have heard that my family and I have recently moved to Richmond. However, you can still catch me in Fredericksburg working at Art Time 4 Kids, grabbing lunch at Sammy T’s, walking the canal path, and shopping at the Co-op Grocery. I just can’t stay away from our wonderful town!
The business I built, from a table of toddlers in my dining room, to the bustling business I own today, will continue to thrive and grow. Julia Migliaccio, who has become my “right-hand woman” over the years, will be taking over ownership of Art Time 4 Kids. If you have an elementary student in our art classes, or have attended the Child-Friendly Ghost Tour, or participated in a summer camp, you have seen Ms. Julia in action. Her previous experience of being an elementary classroom teacher, as well as a forward thinking contributor to our small business has proved invaluable to the smooth running of Art Time 4 Kids.
As I hand off Art Time 4 Kids to the capable hands of Julia Migliaccio, I think of the twelve year old business as my third child. I would not hand it over to just anyone, and I am invested in continuing to support Art Time 4 Kids where I am most needed. Which is why I will now be working to support and teach the middle and high school art programs. So, you may still see me down at 101 Hanover Street. Yes, there are big changes for our small business, but only changes for the better, as we organize under our growing demand.
Moving into the fall of 2026, Art Time 4 Kids is committed to provide the Fredericksburg area with quality art and music experiences for babies to teens. We appreciate the close relationships we form with parents and children whether you attend the “Sing with Me” classes, our homeschool art classes, summer art camps, drop-off art classes, or special events such as the Child-Friendly Ghost Tour. Thank-you, everyone who has supported the arts and small businesses, helping us to be such a success.
