Children should be at least 10 years old, but your child might not be ready to hear these spooky stories. We tell these tales for fun and entertainment, but topics of spirits, afterlife, haunting, and Fredericksburg's war-torn past will be discussed. If there are sensitivities for religious reasons or otherwise, please be forewarned!

Individual art projects and group art projects develop skills and friendships! We visit a local art gallery, play games, and create a group project to display in the community. Art campers work hard on learning art skills, but also having fun. We spend time outdoors and walk and picnic too. We emphasize social connections while also fostering individual expression. The most valuable lessons are recognizing and respecting everyone's different perspectives!
See above for summer 2022 dates, times, and prices.
We stay active while learning the basic principals of art. Our studio has a fenced-in outdoor space, and we are right in the heart of historic Fredericksburg. Surrounded by local artists, we will visit an artist's studio one day!
Even when working on a group project, the children create something that is THEIRS, from the inception to the installation. In past years, a giant paper mache food sculpture has been the tradition!
A camp designed just for the young ones. Campers must be 4 to 6 years old, and must be potty trained. Two hours a day, for a four-day week is just right for the little artists to create messy and fun masterpieces, play games, spend time outdoors, and make friends.
*must be 4 by August 1, 2022. No exceptions.
Adults need a chance to get together, socialize, eat, drink, and make a piece of artwork too! Everyone is invited to join these seasonal gatherings at local art galleries or the Art Time Studio. We have made soap dishes, glass jewelry, and fresh-cut wreaths, to name a few!
We can't wait to get together and socialize soon... look for a Bob Ross painting night Saturday, April 30th, 2022!
